About the owner
Hi my name is Richard White and I have been a professional computer tech for 13 years. However, my experience began 20+ years ago with my first computer. I have always had a passion for learning and repairing technology. I have just recently received an associates degree in computer networking and am currently working on my bachelors in network security. I enjoy the challenges associated with work in this field. In fact, I have recently been specializing in adware and virus removal primarily because of the demands related to that sort of technical work. I enjoy solving difficult problems. As you may know, some problems with technology are not easily solved.
My system building skills have given me the opportunity to work with some very advanced systems. One of the systems I assembled operates one of the huge signs on Time Square in Manhattan constructed of dozens of LCD displays. I have also assembled numerous systems for Aerojet, a GenCorp Inc. company, and world-recognized aerospace and defense leader principally serving the missile and space propulsion, and defense and armaments markets. My systems were at one time in operation on Aerojet’s server farms that are used to simulate shuttle launches. Those are just two examples of the many challenging opportunities I was responsible for managing in my past endeavors. I am very proud of my accomplishments and strive to continue to excel.
I am very computer literate. I have been working with computers since I was nine years old. I started out programming in Basic and have continued to keep up with the ever-changing world of technology. I have extensive experience in the following areas:
• Adept at assembling complete systems, from moderate business systems to advanced gaming systems and servers.
• Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Linux Operating System
• Advanced trouble shooting techniques
• The knowledge, patience and demeanor to support users with limited technical ability.
• Proficient with Spyware, Adware and overall virus removal techniques.
• Skillfull with network and wireless security
I thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me. I started this business to not only grow in the world of technology but to also make a living doing what I love. For that reason I am determined to give the best and most honest support available to my customers.
